If you are coming for your first 1-hour appointment, the easiest place to park is at London Road parking.

Walk along London Road towards the town centre for about 100 yards until you reach a traffic light with “Fabrick Place” on your left.

Take left at the traffic light and go straight for about 30 yards, then enter the Market Street.

If your appointment is after 17.00 on Wednesday, entrance through Market Mews gate might be shut.

Please enter the Mews from the back entrance by following the alternative route around the building.

Do not enter Market Street, instead, take left at Aura Pub into Church Walk

Turn right (20 yards) into Goadby’s Yard

The entrance into the Mews is on the right (20 yards) through the metall gate

Finally you will find “Knead It Sport” Clinic where we are based.
