Yoga for Back Pain

Evidence from a number of studies, including a recent systematic review, suggests that yoga can be an effective way to address back pain. Therefore, Yoga can be recommended as adjunctive therapy for chronic low back pain patients. Furthermore, Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. There’s some evidence that regular yoga practice helps people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, depression and stress.
